Refund & Payment Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

1. General

This policy applies to all digital products sold in the Nurturely Space store, including The Nurturely Sleep System, and any other PDF guides, workbooks, or digital materials sold on nurturelyspace.com.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Shopify Payments and/or the store's connected payment providers) using credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
  • All payments are processed at the time of order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully charged.
  • We do not store your card details — they are handled by the payment provider in accordance with its security standards (PCI DSS).
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site at the time of purchase. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are the customer's responsibility.
  • Access to the digital product (download link / file via email) is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Refunds on Digital Products

Because all Nurturely Space products are digital, instantly-delivered goods (PDF files available for download right after payment), refunds are not issued once the materials have been sent or downloaded, except in the cases described in Section 4.

This is standard practice for digital products: unlike physical goods, a downloaded file cannot be "returned" to the store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the digital nature of the product and the no-refund terms outlined in this section.

4. Exceptions — When a Refund Applies

We will issue a refund or resend the file in the following cases:

  • Delivery failure — you did not receive the download link email, or the link does not work.
  • Corrupted or incorrect file — the PDF you received won't open or is clearly defective.
  • Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized transaction — the order was placed without your knowledge (verification with your bank/payment provider will be required).

In these cases, we will first try to fix the issue — resending a working link or the correct file. If the issue cannot be resolved technically, a full refund will be issued.

5. How to Request Support

Email us at support@nurturelyspace.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Because access to the materials is granted instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

7. Policy Changes

Nurturely Space reserves the right to update this policy. The current version is always available at nurturelyspace.com.
